I came across this website while researching possible answers to my health issues. I think this is really what I need to kickstart a change in my lifestyle.
I realise that it is one week into the challenge, but I would like to give it a go anyway. I have been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, but now they believe that it may be my pituatary gland. I have recently had a myomectomy to remove 8 very large fibroids so my exercise regime will have to be gradual for the time being. My goals are:
weight loss in terms of body fat.
Get a grip on my addiction to sugar and grains and eliminate my need for sugars and grain completely
gentle walk for an hour each day. ( for the month)
