All About Braising
I picked this book up from the library on Friday and was really excited about the possibilities. While it has lots of carby "serving suggestions", I would say that 90% of the recipes are primal-friendly and look delicious.
I have had this book for 4 years and it is by far my family's favorite cookbook. The Porter Braised Maple Glazed Short Ribs and the Braised Cabbage are to die for. Company loves it. Very primal friendly too.
