how to make almond butter with pear/ apple
Ok, my mom tried making it just slathered on top into the oven, but it wouldn't stick on. any ideas to make it stay on?

My mom has an apple spread with almond butter every day, she's done it for years.
If you want everything warm and gooey I stead of raw and crunchy, maybe try to core the apple or pear and scoop almond butter into the center instead of trying to slather it on slices? In the past I've coded apples and put butter chunks and cinnamon in the middle, so I imagine this could work well for almond butter too.
