How about adding fruit to coconut milk in the blender and then making frozen treats out this?
I found this link per google. You can always change the ingredients to your liking.

Thanks, gonna try that.
also if you freeze bananas and then put them in the food processor I here they come out a lot like ice cream. never tried it my self. can also add almond butter in or perhaps dark chocolate depending on what you like.
Frozen bannanas dipped in melted dark chocolate and hardened in the freezer.
Heatup some almond butter and butter on the stove to make a sauce.
Top with whipped cream, nuts and possibly berries.
Primal banana split sundae.
MeatMe, that sounds amazing!
try this one - fill your blender with frozen berries. Add a cup of soy milk and 1/2 c sugar (or 1/4 cup of honey) and blend thoroughly. Add more soy milk to thin as needed.... im not really a soy milk fan, but, i was at a vegetarian friend's house for vacation a cpl years ago and we came up with this one.... enjoy![]()
Ya the frozen banana thing does turn out pretty good. And so easy to make 2-3 different flavors. Unsweetened cocoa powder and maybe chocolate chucks turns out great, as do the nut/nut butter variations. Even a non-paleo ice cream lover liked the banana no-icecream.

Down towards the end. It sounds weird, but I swear you can't taste the avocado at all. It makes the ice cream really smooth and creamy, and adds some fat to make it a more satiating treatI like to add some shredded coconut sometimes for variety!
