I'm female, 5'3", 110 lbs, and very lean (19.5 BMI).


My workouts include about 5 hours per week of bodyweight work and lifting, HIIT, and 1 mid-distance run. I'm very active around my farm in the evenings and on weekends, but work an office job during the day.


My goals are to maintain leanness, increase energy, and build muscle endurance and strength.


I'm eating at least 95% primal (usually better). Macros usually shake out to:


20% protein (80g minimum)

20-30% carbs (150g maximum)

50-60% fat


Calories fall between 2000-2500 daily, which seems quite high for someone my size -- yet I've been consuming that many for months, both before and after going primal. During that time, I've gained muscle and lost fat. It seems to be working for me.


However, I notice that a lot of people on here, even guys quite a bit bigger than me, are eating more like 1600 calories daily.


I realize that many here are trying to lose weight...but does anyone spot a problem with my intake? Anybody else eat a lot for their size?
