Minute 4:00 of the second one makes me nauseous. It's just not right.

    wow! wonderful post.

I have been using the park across the street from my place for the past 3 months, about 3 days a week, and let me tell you - for those that dont believe muscle mass can be gained via bodyweight excersize, you are wrong! It just keeps getting better. The first time I went over there, I felt like a toddler, learning to walk. I could barely do ten pull ups, and my arms gave out in the first 5 minutes of my now nightly circuit around the playground. I can now do some of the parallel movements this guy is doing in the video. Also the pull up going side to side is super fun once you develop the strength.

Dont under estimate the playground. Its not just for kids, and there are no rules against adults being on/in them. I go in the evenings when most of the kids are either eating or in bed. But its also fun to do your work out around them - kids love to watch.

These videos were my first introduction to this type of training. Makes me want to go out and try it right now. I will master the handstand pushup...one day...
