    This 'registered dietitian' with 'Sparks' says that on Ketosis, you will lack energy (whateva!) and that your protein will not go to your body the way it needs to since your body is taking it for it's carb needs.

    Wow, she calls that "carbohydrate control"?!? She's just spitting out the standard CW that she learned in school.

    Since I went Primal/low carb I have four times the energy that I used.
