I've been doing squat jumps a lot lately. I've watched myself in the mirror and don't notice any whacky asymmetry on my part, but the next day or two after my left glut is crazy sore!
Is this a sign that I'm overworking one side to favor the other or that side is my weak side?
What if you try lunge jumps before squat jumps? That may help fix any assymetry you might have... Plus those are sick!
