    Coconut Nectar??

    Primal Fuel
    I didnt know this was even out there?? Has anyone tried it? Its coconut sap with a very low glycemic index...

    It's apparently tapped from the tree trunk not the coconut. Not at all the same thing as coconut water, which is the liquid inside coconuts.
