Bench 17kg x5 x5 x10
Squat 15kg x5 x5 x8
Wanting to film some lifting today but I couldn't find the camcorder... which was probably a good thing in the end as I wrenched my shoulder during the bench press and was in a bit of pain after that. Struggled on through like the incredibly brave, devilishly attractive and thrillingly debonair ninja rogue adventurer viking beast lord that I am, of course.

Off to move some iron, let's go! I think it highly likely that I will ignore my injured shoulder to get the workout in... something Wifey clearly suspected earlier as she warned me against it before leaving for work
In all fairness to myself though, if it was in properly agonising pain I would have to stop. But as it isn't quite at that pitch, it's time to take another step closer to Viking Beastlord ascension.
Finally found my camcorder... going to make a 'Beastlord Viking Ninja Assassin Behemoth progress video' (name subject to change) over the course of next week, then again every three months. These will focus on lifting, ninja skills, physique, and of course a few jocular quips and slanderous remarks.
I hate finishing my workout on Friday, because it means I can't lift again till Monday.... *deep sigh*
