Nearly instant chocolate pudding--a work in progress

    Primal Fuel
    1 can of coconut milk
1 lg dark or baking chocolate bar
    1 tsp ginger
    1 ripe banana

    Heat coconut milk.
While it heats, chop chocolate bar into small pieces.
When coconut milk is hot, add chocolate pieces and stir to melt--you need not boil the liquid.
Whisk in the ginger and smashed banana.
Place in a covered dish and refrigerate until firm.
    Enjoy.

That reminds me of another recipee for chocolate pudding based on avocado+banana thats really good,
no boiling or freezing required there but you need a mixer though.

I'll need to try that one, though the avocado trips me up a bit: never had it in a sweet context.

For mine , I expect one could use cocoa powder and skip the heating, but I prefer the texture offered by the dark chocolate bar.

I'll need to find a way to do it without the stevia...can't stand the stuff. I'd rather do a bit of honey or molasses...hmmm, molasses...
