    My goal for Friday....

    Shop Now
    ...is to eat whole foods.

    eggs, meats, veggies.

    No processed crap. or alcohol.

    this statement worked well for me yesterday. so trying out again today.

    I have been wanting to cut alcohol for the past 6 months. Yeah I know I am week. I figure the 30 day challenge could be a good opportunity for this. I commend you for your effort.

    batty, that's just wrong!

    so far so good. at my scrambled eggs and chicken sausage concoction.

    then sat in the dentist chair for an hr.

    that should deter me for a while. teefers are all nice, shiny, smooth. lol

    But, i was/am craving coffee. I was thinking an americano with cream but a diff goal is to have caffeine on the weekend...as a true creamy wonderful tasty treat.

    sigh. 4.5 more hrs of work then I'll be a grillin' fool!

    work is slacking right now so i'm focusing on weekend recipes & todo lists for when i get home today.

    i am getting hungry. yuck.

    I just had a delicious bowl of chilli and I didn't eat the crackers that came with it. That was hard, but I did it!

    You can do it. I find it better to find something to do with my hands. Or maybe a walk.
