    a walk would be nice but i'm attached to a computer. and with 1 hr left, i prob shouldn't go missing on a friday.

    and that's not nice...chili...but then again, it's 100 degrees here. Chili doesn't sound great.

    there will be pictures of the grill fest happening later today. But you'll have to find those on my august journal.

    that cobb salad we were talking about would be a nice meal when it's so hot out.

    20 more minutes for me at work then I am outta here for some serious trail work! WOOT!

    If you are stuck at your desk, try to stand and stretch, or at least do the exercises you see on a plane to prevent DVT, stretch your arms up, flex the wrists, ankles, etc... If fellow cubicle dwellers look at you strange, tell them you are trying to prevent back strain. Focus your eyes on something like the exit sign for 30 seconds to prevent eye strain.

    Thanks for the info. I already stand at my desk prob 6 out of a 9 hr day...see picture.

    And my co-workers already think I'm a freak because of the constant stretching, rolling foot on golf ball, etc.

    But it is very very good advice!

    aww...trail work!

    I'm out in 5!

    I want so badly to get on a trail...esp now with my KSOs. I just need it to cool off enough.
