    Ok, so I've been on a Paleo diet for a month now, and I'm definitely reaping the benefits, but I want to take this a step further. I'm doing crossfit as well, but part of my goal is to start playing more. Reap some of the benefits of getting fitter and stronger by going out, climbing on some stuff, going swimming in the ocean, etc! So that's my challenge, keep eating healthy, keep learning more about eating healthier, and get outside to PLAY!

    Food!: Breakfast of eggs, spinach and tomatoes, all scrambled up in a bit of coconut milk. Lunch was tuna, avocado and some cherries, and dinner may be either a filet from the grill with some broccoli, or coconut chicken!
