    So..... I rechecked the scale a little bit ago to get my full numbers such as weight, body fat, etc.... HOLY CRAP!!!!! I lost MORE weight since this morning!!! WTF!!!! Hell yeah!!!!! So now I have to update this early mornings stat post!!! LOLOL So, to ensure that the numbers were not wrong, my wife was there and we tested 3 times! Woot! Here are the numbers:

    Today's Weight: 253.3 (Total lost 24.7 pounds in 33 days!)

    Body Fat (pounds): 80.5 lbs

    Body Fat (percent): 31.8 %

    Body Mass Index (BMI): 32.5

    Bone Mass: 8.3 %

    Water Weight: 49.8 lbs


    This is turning out to be an even better day!!!!!!!!!!!! (grok dance, grok dance..... grok booty shake.... grok dance!!!) So I have 53.3 lbs to reach my goal weight!!! This is motivating all all heck!!

    I just found the PERFECT gadget for when I am Groking out Primal-like.... a wrist watch video & digital cam! hahahaha I am soooo going to have to test this out and see if it will work! What a cool gizmo to have when I am out and about finding new ways/things to Grok! LOLOL
