Been out most of the day running around and such...... I have also spent some time reflecting on my Primal journey by re-reading my journal here from the beginning...... When I got to page 3, I had to take a step back seeing my before pic and day 12 pic..... still to this day it floors me!

Another great and beautiful morning here in Northern California! I am making today a part IF'ing day.... I am going to hold off and fast through this early afternoon and then see what I can whip together for some yummy grub.

I re-dedicated myself to going 100% Primal as of January 1st..... I measured and weighed myself on the 1st and my results for these 7 days are.....

LOST 2.8 lbs !!

LOST 4.2 INCHES!! (Overall Body)

Had brunch today with my wifey..... something simple and light. We had a Thai soup called Tom Ka........ delicious!!! It is very tasty and satisfying!

For tonight's dinner, I went ahead and made some chicken breasts in butter and homemade primal pesto and a half of a small sweet potato drenched in butter and a touch of salt. Then going to go on a full moon walk with my wifey and husky (Titan)..... followed by a banana & blueberry smoothie for dessert A perfect end to a perfect day!

Outstanding morning thus far.... gorgeous weather outside so I will be going on a walk a bit later with my pooch "Titan" (my 1/2 Siberian Husky & 1/2 Wolf). While he and are are out and about, we are going to snack on whatever we find on our path (fruit, veggies, herbs, etc)..... it will be fun!

I think today I am going to concentrate on having more veggies than meat...... Maybe grok didn't bag a Micro-Raptor (read that as chicken) or the elusive Corpulentus Herbivorus (read that as cow).... glad I have body fat stored up that can be used LOL
