    Slight frustration...... been eating spot on since I started Primal.... went and weighed myself this morning and notice a 4 1/2 lb increase!!! WTF! Did I gain that in muscle mass from doing my full day/evening work out? HHmmmmm I need to figure what is up with that!

    it will happen. weight loss is never linear. you'll gain 5 lbs, then suddenly you'll lose 8.

    like batty says; look at the trend, not the day-to-day numbers. we can tell just from looking at your face that something's happening.

    That was awesome Batty! Ya know.... you are right..... I think I just need to keep focused and not worry about scale numbers for a couple weeks or so.... maybe I will see a change down the line rather than worrying about it on a daily basis!

    Often, weight will increase with an increase in physical exertion. It's not a permanent thing, but more of a muscle bloat effect going on (the tissues are tearing down, body wants to heal, will hold onto extra water, manufacturing of healing cells, yadda yadda). Take it as a good sign that you are not dehydrated.
