Mark's book cemented my belief that the best way for a human to eat is probably the way we evolved to eat. During this challenge I will dedicate myself to following the 10 laws as close to 100% as I can. Over the last 4 months I have gone from a smoking sugar-loaded couch potato to a non-smoking, non-candy eating, exerciser. Everyone was astounded that I could quit smoking and lose weight at the same time, but I was so inspired by the Primal Blueprint. I've also ripped my heart rate down to 58 bpm and gotten my Doctor to take me off my Tricor!! I still have weight to lose and I need to be more dedicated to exercise (I put in a 12-hr workday and it's hard to get motivated), but I think the challenge will just the kick in the butt I need.
