I love this challenge,it has totally jumped started me again. I have been eating primal for 7 weeks and loving it. I really need to start working out primal. I've dropped 20 lbs but would like to drop another 10 lbs of fat.

Workout:

Do sprints once a week.

Pullups 3x a week

squats, lunges, deadlifts 3x a week

Work towards doing a standing pushup
