    Liniment?

    Shop Now
I have used White Flower (Chinese) and Biofreeze for a long time. Anyone have any favorite liniments? Or thoughts on these? They seem to work for me, but I'm open to suggestions. I try to avoid pain pills when I can. (Of course, hot and cold compresses are good too.)

I like Zheng Shui Analgesic Liniment, Tiger Balm, and Watkins Camphor Liniments.

They are "old-timey", but still do the trick!

Of all the various crap I've rubbed on sore joints, tiger balm ultra works as well as anything. It's not a straight up oil so it's less greasy than other options, it's more or less colorless so it doesn't stain (unlike the red tiger balm), and it actually smells pleasant, unlike most of the icy-hot clones that all stink like pepto-bismol, or dit da jow which all smells like whiskey soaked cadaver.

Castor oil. Not instantaneous but very effective. Even works on monthly cramps.

Tiger Balm has saved my life on many occasions! Ok...well it didn't save my life literally, but it makes any sore muscle better instantly. Which makes my life better!

Has anyone here tried Arnica? I have heard it was great for sore muscles but never used it.

I have tried it. Didn't feel like it did anything.

If it doesn't stink, it can't be doing anything. Right? (Joke)
