does coffee really contain anti-oxidents?
Does it? It says on the back of my instant coffee jar that it has 360 mg of polyphenols. You can also buy a coffee "green" blend with 70% more anto oxidents in every cup. Anyone care to shed some light on it?
I read a long time ago that coffee was American's main source of antioxidants.
But yes, it's true, coffee has antioxidants.
Yup. Not much compared to berries or chocolate but yup, there are antioxidants.

Yes, it's true.
Plus...nobody messes with my morning coffee! :P
cool. Just wondering, thanks guys
It's true BUT
1) It also contains anti-nutrients like oxalic acid (may leach calcium from the body, don't know if this is true).
2) It promotes sleep deprivation, hormonal imbalance etc
