They think that saturated fat is somehow inflammatory despite the fact that it doesn't generate free radicals and can't be used to make eicosanoids. And then they think that canola oil is anti-inflammatory because it has alpha-linolenic acid, which isn't very anti-inflammatory, and they don't think that linoleic acid is inflammatory, even though it is.
This is the same site that says that cow brains are bad for you because they contain cholesterol. Don't listen to these fools, they have been falsified by studies of the Tokelauans and Kitavans who eat tons of coconut and have excellent health.
