    Anyone have a Buttercream icing that is good and void of sugar? No articifical sweeteners either.

    I have tried this recipe with the sugar (it worked perfectly as described), but the sugar is fairly minor, and it might work without it or any sweetener:

    Swiss buttercream, being very low sugar to start, is probably your best bet. It also has the advantage of looking awesome and spreading very easily.

    So without sugar or sweeteners... its just butter and eggs, no? I must say though, when it comes to buttercreams, Im an IMBC fan. Probably because Ive made it so much.
