Well it's time to start taking better care of myself "onelasttime". My goals for the month are to get back on track as I have been neglecting my me time.
1. Transition to a mostly primal diet - I might keep in dairy.
2. Move slowly for about 5 hours a week.
3. Strength train wisely 3 days a week.
4. Sleep more.
5. Stop making excuses.
6. Play more and have fun!
