Older and way out of shape
Looking for help in doing something to take off the extra pounds and getting back into some semblance of shape for a man of my age (69). I am in basically in good health and overweight by maybe 40 pounds. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated as I am older and starting very late in life.
I don't think it makes much difference at what point in your life you adopt the PB. If you haven't been exercising, then ease into it gradually and listen to your body.

Welcome! I began 50 or so days ago. Follow the eating plan in PB and you will be fine. Slow movement at first. Take care...Chas
