    Thumbs up Coconut Milk Mocha

I used to think coconut milk in coffee was gross but this works. It's filling and tastes amazing.

    COCONUT MILK MOCHA
2 heaping tbs of good quality dutch cocoa
1 heaping tbs or more of plunger coffee (aka. French press)
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1 cup hot water
sweetener of your choice (I use stevia)
    1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Pour in the coconut milk into the plunger.
Add in the dutch cocoa, coffee, and vanilla.
Add in the hot water and stir all ingredients.
Let it steep for 5 minutes and then plunge.
Pour into a thermos or a mug.
Sweeten with stevia or honey before drinking.

    Makes 2 small cups.

Eee thank you for posting this! I was just mulling over the things I will miss when I go primal after my weekly grocery trip this Friday, and going out to grab a latte was high on the list. I've got a little French press lying around so this sounds great, and I never thought of mixing my ingredients together as my coffee brews instead of adding things to the coffee after.

Wasn't expecting such a response...never thought about the pun with the coffee plunger. That's probably why it's called a French Press in America.

I've been making a mocha occasionally with coffee from the French Press, 1/4 cup coconut milk and a scoop of Primal Fuel. Rich, delicious, and it even foams!
please be patient with me, i'm a newbie.
