As the Grammar Nazis all cringe, I will tell you for how long I have been primal.
    I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist.

Actually it's been on and off for a couple of years now, although originally I based my diet on Neanderthin and the Paleo Diet before I found Mark Sisson. I'm a terrible Primal spokesperson. "I've been Primal for almost two years, and I'm still overweight!" The problem is definitely not that this WOE is wrong, it's just that my willpower is lacking a lot of the time.

That being said, I maintain a weight that is over 20 pounds lighter than I used to be in spite of all the waffling.

I'm at seven months as well. It's been seven months of constantly tweaking and finding what works for me though. Despite always being into fitness I've spent more time thinking about what I should be eating this year than I did in all the rest of my years combined.
