    Nori used as wraps

Obviously this isn't a recipe but I was reading online about using Nori sheets ( the stuff used in sushi) as wraps for sandwiches. I'll admit I am a HUGE sandwich fan and since I have been 100% primal since Feb it has been missed.

I do the lettuce wraps or just rolled up meat and cheese right now but using Nori gives us sandwich fans another option.

Nori sheets are crispy when you get them but after some time in the air and with the use of something moist like say olive oil, water, baconnaise whatever they get soft and you can roll them up.

I have yet to try this but I will be tomorrow for lunch. Stay primal.

I have never had nori that tastes fishy. The sheets I have don't taste much like anything.

I bought nori the other day and just figured out what to do with it! I'm going to take some canned salmon, mix with a bit of cream cheese and roll with some avocado... this is a cheap take on my absolute favorite roll (the bagel roll!). I'm very excited
