Summer has thrown me off with all the delicious fruit around! I think it has started my cravings all over again after about 6 months of being 90% primal. My goals for this challenge are:

- no grains

- no sugar

- 2 fruit MAX per day

- limit alcohol to 2 drinks twice a week. I'm going to say Thursday and Saturday night only... (it's so easy to slide into overindulging!)

- continue walking or yoga EVERY morning at least 6 days a week
