    I'm from Northern Ireland and all of our beef is at least mostly grass fed, really lucky that way.
    Type 1 diabetic for 25 years.
    Low carb for 7 years, LC Primal for 2.5 of those.
    Fruit and starch free.
    Total weight loss- 3 stone/42 pounds. Current weight = 121 pounds. Height 5'5

    My local butcher here in Sussex has lovely grass fed beef - I buy it often! And when I visit my parents in Northumberland, I can't return home without visiting this shop

    The drive is lovely and the meat is superb - hung for the right amount of time too. I THINK they do mail order - though I've not tried that. Their lamb is terrific too.
