After reading today's article I thought I should also take part in the journals!
Let's start at the beginning - I am 21 years old, 6 foot and from a small town in Germany. I've been overweight my whole life. In the winter of 2007 I started excersising while I was studying medicine in Prague, CZ but as always I lost weight and gained it back although I kept on working out. Winter 2008 my brother told me about gymjunkies.com and because mark's page was mentioned there I got to the Daily Apple. I really started to go primal about feb 2009 I guess, but until today I lost 22 kg (about 55-60 pounds I think). My lack of energy before going primal was horrible even with the workouts I did I felt sluggish! As a biology and medicine nut the whole concept of MDA is so perfect and understandable that I cannot back to my old habits even if I wanted to.
Here I am, starting my journal doing the next step:
1. Loose more weight, to the end of the challenge 8-10 pounds would be great.
2. Get out of the Gym and do more excersises outside!
3. Eat more saturated fat, I need more recipes from my mom!
4. Take my cod liver oil more regularly! :P

Breakfast: Blueberries
Lunch: Baked fish with basil, tomatos and bakon.
Dinner: Will see!
Workout: 2 Hours mountainbiking,´I know chronic cardio but it was more low level activity and sprint intervalls. Also did some swimming in a lake, awesome!
