    Well above and beyond my initial challenge goals, I would like to add journaling every day to the list... I am terrible at it. I have been on several different "diets" over the years and most recently have been following Precision Nutrition guidelines, which have been more of a lifestyle than a diet.


    After reading MDA for a few days (found Mark on twitter!)the PB sounds like it will make a lot of sense for me. I am eagerly awaiting my book to arrive, but in the meantime will get started on the challenge (which I will start tomorrow)

    Day 1:


    Walk - 50 mins with my dog


    Breakfast: Natural Factors Cleanse shake

    Snack: apple and almonds

    Lunch: Natural Factors Cleanse shake

    Snack: Snap peas, carrots, and almonds

    Dinner: Chicken with sauteed zucchini and mushrooms

    Snack: 1 cup pistachios


    Overall a good day!

    Okay, went off to a last minute vacation that didn't allow for looking after myself, well at all. So I'm back at it now, but ready to get back on the wagon.


    Day 2 (after 10 day hiatus)


    Breakfast: Natural Factors Cleanse shake

    Snack: almonds, chicken

    Lunch: Natural Factors Cleanse shake

    Snack: Orange, blueberries

    Dinner: Steak, zucchini, baby potatoes


    Exercise:

    Rode bike to work and back

    Walked my dog

    Lot of cheats yesterday


    Breakfast: Natural Factors Cleanse shake

    Snack: almonds, chicken, blueberries

    Lunch: Natural Factors Cleanse shake

    Snack: Dorritos chips - handful

    Snack: Leftover steak, zucchini, baby potatoes

    Dinner: Green salad, pound of hotiyaki wings, 2 pints of beer, and a ceasar


    Exercise: none


    Going to try better today.
