Hello all,

I'm soon to go primal but will still use shakes occasionally as a supplement to my diet. I will most likely put a couple of scoops of whey isolate in a blender with coconut milk, ice, frozen berries etc but my question is this: can I, for example, make up say a litre of the stuff in the morning and then consume throughout the day to save repeatedly washing up the blender? I have a flask type thingy with a wire ball that I could use to keep it in and 'shake up' before drinking - will this work okay? My worry is my shake ingredients will gradually become interdependent if you see what I mean.
