only 5 hours of sleep, workout or no?

I always aim to get atleast 8 hours but last night i went out with friends and my body woke me up early so I only slept 5 hours. Would it be more helpful for my fat loss goals to not do intense exercise today?

It's just one day, don't worry about it. Maybe do a light day if you're not feeling too pumped up. It happens to me also.

For years, I'd have stuck with the workout NO MATTER WHAT.

Now, I think I'd sacrifice the workout in favor of a nap.

I consider this proof of my ability to learn. Slowly.
