    That looks great and easy...I would sub the seafood for another meat because shellfish and I don't like each other, but the rest looks wonderful. I think I will make this in 2 pans, one with shellfish for my wife, and one with eggs or chicken, or beef for me.

    oh good, you guys! i've not had a lot of feedback on many recipes yet, so it's good to know it works for others.
