    I do some IF, usually by having just one meal a day and usually by simple neglect lol.

    Thanks everyone! I did end up getting a sport bra a lot like that one from title nine and it is working out OK, I might go for a run later

    Thanks, Just4ME!

    Sunday the 10th I walked almost 9 miles in two bouts, 4 miles early in the day and another 4.86 miles in the night. I felt like I could have walked forever. Yesterday I did a mere 10-11,000 steps because I was visiting my friend in the hospital and bringing her some real food (versus hospital slop).

    Holding steady at 171.4, going to break into the 160s by Sunday!

    Good for you! I have days like that, but just not as often as I would like. The days that I do are usually when I've slept well and the weather is nice.

    grrrrr broke to 170.4 or so this week but am bobbing up and down 172-171 and that is frustrating! It's awful to come to another week the same weight as the week before.

    Meh! I'm doing the same thing. But then, I've been sick and haven't had much activity. Your body is probably just making adjustments. Don't sweat it overly much!

    That is what I am doing bobbing LOL. I hit 202 and then I have been between 204 and 203...it will give...it always does right? You are doing fantastic!! An inspiration.

    Hey everyone, I'm still plugging away - it seems I lose 2 weeks of the month and stall the other two! I'll let you ladies guess what is happening those two weeks, lol. upped the walking a little bit, doing 5-6 miles a day and 7+ on the weekends. 166.6 today!

    Oh I forgot to mention something; my coffee intake really climbed without my realizing it and next thing I knew I was drinking 3 big coffees a day - the result was that I felt MUNCHY every night. Now I have weaned myself down to one morning coffee and I'm back to rarely ever feeling hungry. Phew!



    That is the graph from loseit.com, an iphone app I use to track my foods and excersizes, I just like looking at it :^)

    Hi ruby, nice to *meet* you! I just read through your journal as a little treat for myself this AM (yes, I'm a success-story voyeur, going around this site looking for inspiration!) and you are definitely providing the inspiration. Thanks for posting your photos. The differences are astonishing. You have gotten even prettier since you started the journey. That must feel great!

    Especially, her very first post in the thread really set me straight. I had been bemoaning the fact that my weight wasn't dropping, and beating myself up, even though my pants were getting looser! I notice you seem to have some down days in your journal when your weight is not behaving as you would like it to, but thinking about it differently may help. Anyway, Batty's advice has saved me some pain, and maybe it can help you too.

    Thank you, Jazmin, I know the scale should matter the least! I'm up .4 since yesterday but I helped a friend move when my upper body is sore like I have muscle growth happening so all is well, lol.
