Oh dear, I think I have over done it. My hip has been hurting me since Tuesday, I've been getting by with ibuprofin and walking anyway. It feels like something in the stabilization of the hip, maybe even the bursae. Wednesday I did Zumba and saturday too, and I felt my hip and knees being torqued with help from my inappropriate footwear. Sunday I had a teacher training class, and we did an entire day on uttanasana (forward bend) so I did about 40 forward bends as each student practiced "teaching" it. Subsequently I have majorly overstretched hamstrings! So Sunday night I decided, no I'm not going to walk I'm too tired and overstretched... then my husband brought home a pizza for the kids and I found myself wolfing down a piece. I felt awful within 10 minutes (my first wheat and tomato in almost 4 months!) so I ended up doing 10,100 steps that night anyway.
Yesterday (Monday) was the weight training class and again, I overworked my over-stretched legs : / boy i am hurting! I have decided that the nightly walks take precedence over other forms of excersize so if anything has to go, it is stuff that might interfere with walking. I think weight training is important, and the cardio (Zumba) is important, but those without walking probably won't result in any weight loss whereas walking without cardio or weights will on its own.
I think I'll call my bro who is a personal trainer and ask what he thinks I should do - today I am going to do IF and rest, maybe break through this stall (I've bobbed up over 192 and stayed there for the past few days). Amazing what a little grain can do! I've been feeling SO munchy lately, I ordered some more 7 Keto and it should arrive today and I think that will help; Ive been out for almost 2 weeks.
192.4 today (what? gaining?)
