    Conclusion: No, just seems like a lot of starch held together by Xantham Gum....ick

    Cornflour = Not Primal
    Vegetable Oil = Not Primal
    Rice Bran = Not Primal

    If you want to eat it, go ahead. Just understand that it will have to go in your 20% that everyone is so fond of exploiting. I'm not being snarky, I'm just saying, it's not Primal, hence it has to count as an indulgence and indulgences, by definition, are not going to be the healthiest option.

    It's like the children's story Mexicali Soup. The egg whites are good though as long as the delicious yolks are being used for something and not wasted.
