    Coffe with heavy cream

    Protein Shake w/ strawberries, almond milk, almond butter and yogurt


    Lunch

    4 hardboiled eggs

    1 cup cottage cheese


    Snack

    1 oz almonds


    Dinner

    4 oz beef

    4 oz chicken

    2 oz pork

    3 oz onions

    3 oz salsa

    6 oz guacamole


    After Dinner

    Glass of red wine
