Eating at Uchi in austin, a very high quality sushi place, and I am having tuna, mackerel, caviar, and waygu beef ribs!
That being said, I was wondering about caviar. Any benefits? Omega 3s? Any EPA/DHA at all?
Caviar has 3 or 4 times the total omega 3 content mostly DHA, compared to salmon. The important thing to remember about caviar
is the enjoyment from eating it..........saying that, some caviar is pretty foul. Have a great time and enjoy yourself.
