These are fun to make.
Grab a cut of meat (ground beef, chicken leg, whatever else is available) and put it with a mixture of chopped/cubed vegetables. Carrots, celery and onion are all good options, and I've seen recipes including other things like potatoes, peas, sweet potatoes... the list goes on and on.
Put it all into a packet of aluminum foil and they can be grilled or oven-baked.
I just fixed two of them -- one I just ate, and one for tomorrow. Delicious...

I do this all the time... this is one of my go-to meals on week nights.
I put the meat and vegetables on top of foil, roll it up tightly, and then bake for approx 25 minutes at 350.
My Personal Fav:
Salmon / Mahi Mahi steak
Salt, Pepper, and some kind of hot spice (chili spice, whatever)
If you use parchment paper they can be microwaved. There is a bit of an art to crimping the sides though
I never thought about microwaving it before, but I would have no idea how long to microwave a 10oz salmon fillet either lol
Ive done those before. They are fast and easy. I make a few at a time and them eat the leftovers from lunches and or put in eggs from breakfast.
