    Anyone have any info on this supplement?

    So I was watching a rerun of dirty jobs and Mike was at a place in Hawaii that makes this. Is it really good for your or is it snake oil. I know sea vegetable like seaweed are really good for you so this may be

    I generally don't think it's wise to superconcentrate anything found in nature, as opposed to eating it in amounts and contexts provided for nature. I couldn't speak specifically to astaxanthin, but there are issues with too much vitamin A, so I wouldn't do it without some research.

    That seems logical. I figured someone on here had some input. I just happened to see the show and it peaked my interest.
