Today marks the fourth day of the Primal Way. I'm doing a month of rather strict primal eating, with three days a week Cross Fit (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and some activity most other days.

Here's today's food log:

Breakfast: salmon, grapes

lunch: tuna on lettuce (I was very hungry later)

dinner: mongolian bbq (shrimp, pork, beef, salmon, veggies ... all yummy goodness with no rice or crab rangoons)

carrot/orange juice

smoked salmon snack


I walked quite a bit around my neighborhood. I noticed someone had put up some solar panels on the roof of his/her house. Very cool.
