    Starting bodyweight 305#


    Food

    Breakfast= handful of blueberries and 4 oz. potroast

    Lunch=1/2 small chicken, 1/2 a avocado, 1 apple.

    Dinner=Salad with chicken breast and almonds(no dressing b/c restaurant dressing had sugar), 1 apple


    Exercise

    3 x 400m run/walk


    Misc.

    Workout felt great

    Breakfast=haldful of almonds, mixed berries(blue,ras)

    Lunch=1/2 small chicken, 1 peach

    Dinner= 1 porkchop, a bunch of broccoli with garlic butter sauce, mixed berries

    12 push press @ 70#

    no breaks


    Misc.

    Need to take more time for food prep so I can incorporate more veg.
