    Are Mary's Gone Crackers primal?

    I eat about half a serving (7 or 8 crackers) with my tuna and such. I used to eat handfuls of these before I went completely primal. They are made mostly of rice and seeds and are USDA organic. Thoughts?

    Organic Alcohol? That's funny. I'd say no due to the rice and soy (which is probably tiny amounts, but still).
