    Primal Journal - LeanLioness

    Primal Fuel

I started the Challenge yesterday, got busy at work and did not have a chance to start my journal on the start of the Challenge.

I ordered the book yesterday and I hope I get it quickly as I am super-excited about reading it and starting to apply the primal rules. I am going to print out the basics so I can get started.

I have been doing the Atkins Nutritional approach and this should be easy to transition into.

I know I can do better, but I have a refrigerator full of foods that I have bought while doing Atkins that I need to consume before going out and stocking with more veggies and protein to start going strong with Primal eating.

I am hoping that Pistachios are good as I have a 3 pound bag at my office to snack on. They are my favorite, next to pecans, walnuts and macadamia nuts. I love almonds too, I guess I am pretty much a nut lover.

I am still waiting for my book to arrive. I wonder how long it takes to get it. I am anxious to start reading it as another friend from another website has turned me on to this and I think this will be key to controlling or getting rid of my diabetes once and for all.

I am losing weight at a normal pace and I am happy with that. I need to find the time to de-stress and exercise more. I am going over my schedule to see where I can fit it in more.
