    Interesting... have you tried this yet?... I'm assuming you could make it all the same without the sugar/vanilla...?... any ideas if it would work with a whisk and a room temperature bowl?... :-P ... still... I need to try this

    that sounds pretty good, doesnt seem to need the sugar or vanilla to peak, bet it tastes awesome!

    correct. sugar and vanilla not needed....though xylitol is delish.

    ime the bowl and beaters do need to be cold.

    I tried to whip coconut milk, & didnt do well. The WF 365 brand doesnt get the seperation of cream & water for some reason. I whip heavy cream & marscapone cheese...awsome for fruit dippin'

    Mine did! Though there could be batch to batch variation.
