How many carbs? page

How many carbs are permitted during a typical day on the PB? I did a search for the answer and found nothing. My apologies if this question has been asked before.

a) I highly recommend buying the book if you get a chance... yes, you can learn basically everything you need to know from this web site, but the book puts it all together so nicely in just the right order.
