Hi, just curious as to how many readers (if any) are from the southwest Ohio area?

Yay Ohio River Valley! There are quite a few of us, actually, ranging from the Cincinnati to Dayton areas (and over to Columbus too, but I don't know if we should count them ). It's definitely easy to find pastured meat around here, I love it!

I'm originally from the Springfield area. Currently residing in Coral Gables, FL, though, for university. But I get home a couple times per year to see family, especially at winter break.
Are you a college student, trying to navigate college while being Primal? Do you know any other PB college students on a tight budget? Heck, for that matter, are YOU trying to live Primal on a budget? Enroll at Primal University!

Lived in Cincinnati, and Yellow Springs, but you can figure out where I am now. I might not mind living in the YS again, maybe...

Hey, post your primal recipe's for Primal Cincinnati Chili!! I'd add ground heart to mine.

Where do you get your pastured meat? I checked eatwild and only found 2 places that seemed feasible. Just wondered if you knew more than that.

Also, I have read about the 2nd street public market and was hoping to check it out. Is it every saturday?

yellow springs has a great farmers market, you can get pastured eggs, pastured chicken, 100% grass fed bison, *mostly* grass fed beef, foraged pork, raw milk, raw cheese and lots of produce raised without chemicals.
