did you use the URL of the facebook page, or the URL of the actual image?

thought I did it for the actual image.
right click image. copy&paste the url address into the 'attach photo' link which put it automatically on the first line of my post.
    ?????!!!!

btw Batty..... you rock as the quintessential Primal babe!! Very inspirational.
I lost most of my weight by CW too but have yet to cut the bodyfat %. Might help if I do more than one - two yoga sessions in a week!!!

just took a peek at the code and it looks like you used the page url and not the URL for the image itself [image URL will include something that ends in .jpg, obviously ; )] also, if you want to embed an image that's already on a server, use the 'insert photo' button and not the 'attach photo' button.

and heh, thank you. i still have a bit to go IMO. i cut 2-3 %BF just by eating.

Just wondering if the peppers you used were jalapenos or Serranos (which look almost the same, but are WAY hotter)?
At my neighborhood market, they're stocked side-by-side in the produce section...

i find jalapenos to be really hot as well unless the seeds are removed.

I'd drag the picture from facebook to my desktop, then upload the image to tinypic.com. Use the link tinypic generates to get the image up very quickly. Images via link show immediately. Images posted via attachment must first be approved.
